Welcome to the Caledonia Fair

Every year at the fairgrounds on Highway 54 in Caledonia, we combine the traditions of the country fair - livestock shows, homecraft, food and the midway - with continuous entertainment to make Caledonia Fair a perfect Autumn outing for the entire family. From homemade pie to heavy horses - we have it all.

2010 will be the 138th Caledonia Fair. Our theme this year will be From Earth to Table. It's a celebration of local foods and agriculture!

Join us from Thursday, September 30 to Sunday, October 3.

• Prize List

  Are you planning to enter exhibits at the fair? You can review the prize list and submit your entries on line. You can also request a printed copy of the prize list.

• Haldimand Has Talent Contest

  We introduced this feature in 2008 and it was a great success! In 2010, you too can get discovered at the Caledonia Fair. Enter the Haldimand Has Talent contest on Sunday to win big cash prizes and launch your show-business career.

• Admission and Hours of Operation

  Admission fees for the fair vary depending on the day and events. Check out our 2009 admission fees. We're open:

  Thursday	4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.	Saturday	10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  Friday	10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.	Sunday	11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Entertainment Schedule

  Our 2010 schedule is not available yet, but here's our 2009 entertainment schedule. Watch this space for changes and updates as the Fair gets closer. Remember the Agricultural Society is more than just a fall fair. We sponsor other fun and exciting events.

• Baby Show

  The 2010 Baby Show will take place on Sunday, Oct 3 at 2:00 p.m. Registration starts at 1:00 p.m. There are separate classes for boys and girls.

• Pet Show

  Sponsored by CGC Hagersville & Grand River Veterinary Hospital. You can exhibit either your real pet or your stuffed pet! Get the details here.

• Demolition Derby

  Got a beater and more testosterone than you know what to do with? Consider entering our demolition derby, but don't delay. Available spaces fill up quickly. Rules and Regulations. Derby Pictures

• A Little Tour

  There's a lot to do and see at the fair, more than we can describe in these pages. However, you can take a little tour of our major entertainment attractions as well as our agricultural features
