Stage- Riverside Ex

Our 1,300 sq. ft. stage has been designed to be a versatile addition to your event. It is accessible using stairs from the Main Floor Hall (on both sides of the stage), or in combination with the Education Room which can be used as a green room or staging room. There is a stage lift for those who require it. The stage is available free of charge to those using the Main Floor Hall. It can also be rented standalone for theatre practices.

What We Provide:

The Main Hall has a dedicated sound system built in- featuring speakers and subwoofers suitable for nearly all uses including voice announcements, conference presentations, theatre productions, and background music. The system was not designed for live musical performances.

The stage has conduit which can be used to pull cables from the stage to the centre of the main floor hall, and up to the A/V room on the second floor mezzanine across from the stage. There is also a cable tray across one of the roof gables which can be used to pull cable.

The stage has a separate 200amp service available for tie-in. Wi-Fi 6 and gigabit ethernet CAT6 wired connections are available on the stage. Internet is supplied to the facility using a state-of-the-art fiber-optic network.

The stage is curtained with functional and stylish black commando drape. The setup includes a centre-part grand curtain which can be used to create wings. An attractive valance frames the stage. Four portable and adjustable legs can be placed in any location on the stage. A rear-drape provides space for crossover. All curtaining has +50% fullness sewn in to create a professional atmosphere for any type of production or event.

12' height black commando pipe and drape is available to cover windows to block natural light during productions.

What You Provide:

A signed copy of our rental agreement and key-holder agreement.

A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is due at signing.

The balance 50% is due during the week before your event when you pick up your key.

We require a security deposit of $100.00 for all standalone Stage Rentals (except Hourly rentals M-F during business hours). This is usually returned within two weeks of your booking provided there is no damage to the Hall following your event. The security deposit is payable during the week before your event when you pick up your key.

We also require proof of liability insurance of $2 million dollars for all standalone Stage Rentals. This is standard across all rental facilities.

You must sweep and mop the floor.

The Stage is available at no charge in combination with any other rental of the Main Floor Hall. It can also be booked standalone without use of the Main Floor Hall for practices and other functions. We recommend you contact us to make your booking at-least 8 months prior to your event. We take bookings up to 24 months in advance.

This pricing is for the stage only.

Rentals are payable by cash, cheque, bank draft, or money order payable to 'Caledonia Agricultural Society,' E-Transfer, or Interac Debit. Since we are a charity, we do not charge HST on rental fees.
