Agstravaganza!

This annual program is celebrating it's 25th year! The program includes 9 hands-on interactive learning stations where students can discover more about local food sources and agriculture.

Grade 5 and 6 Classes (split grades 4/5 or 5/6 are also welcome) from Haldimand Schools are invited to attend this curriculum-rooted educational event. Must be pre-registered.

Engage your classroom students to think critically about agriculture and food topics

Teachers will receive lesson plans and activities tailored to curriculum expectations

Classroom students will gain a respect for food production on the farm and the program will also reflect how important the
Agri-Food industry is to their personal health, their community, and our nation's economy.

This program is presented by the Haldimand Agricultural Awareness Committee partnering with the Caledonia Agricultural Society (Caledonia Fair).
