THE MUTUAL ROOM
The Mutual Room is a 2,800 sq. ft. facility perfect for banquets, weddings, funeral receptions, anniversary and birthday parties, vendor shows, meetings, classes, workshops, and seminars.
The hall is located on the second floor of the Riverside Exhibition Centre and has big, bright windows overlooking the beautiful Fairgrounds and Grand River. The room is fully accessible via a modern elevator.
Your guests will enter through the Lounge, a multi-functional reception and entry area with windows overlooking the Fairgrounds and a service window to the bar/kitchen.
The Mutual Room features a versatile kitchen and bar space. The Bar portion features an ice machine, large service window, and optional Pepsi bar gun add-on featuring Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Schweppe's Ginger Ale, Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice, and 7UP. The kitchen portion features a four burner electric range, fridge, and microwave, tea kettle, and percolator.
Fully accessible, clean, modern washrooms are located directly adjacent to the Mutual Room.
