Spring Designer Bag Bingo

Due to the unprecedented times, Caledonia Fair's Spring Designer Bag Bingo has had to be rescheduled and restructured to meet COVID-19 guidelines. The Designer Bag Bingo Committee has been working hard to bring this event back. We would like to thank you for supporting this fundraiser.
Car Designer Bag Bingo will take place outdoors on the Fairgrounds, rain or shine, while you remain in your vehicle and tune-in your car stereo to hear the numbers called.
How it will Look:
Your group will only attend one of 4 scheduled Bingos
Physical distancing measures must be followed
You must remain in your vehicle during Bingo
Masks must be worn when you are outside of your vehicle during washroom breaks, or when claiming a prize.
Each ticketholder will receive 3 Bingo cards PLUS 3 bonus bingo cards for each game as an added value.
Each ticketholder will also receive a grab-and-go snack, water and/or pop.
No alcohol will be permitted
Gates will open one hour prior to the start of the Bingo
Extra Bingo cards and raffle tickets will be available to purchase during the drive-thru on entry. Cash is preferred for quick entry, but Interac Debit (tap or chip) will be available. Extra Bingo cards cost $3.00 each. Raffle tickets: 10 for $20.00 and Mystery Raffle Tickets 10 for $20.00.
What to Bring:
Clipboard to hold your Bingo cards
Cash or Interac Debit (no credit cards) to buy extra Bingo cards and raffle tickets.
What to Do:
The individual that purchased the original ticket(s) at the Caledonia Fairgrounds on February 12th, 2020 must email email@example.com with the following information:
A) Name, Phone Number, and Email Address
B) Number of tickets purchased for your group and the ticket stub numbers on the original tickets (ex. 151-159)
C) Select your top 4 preferred dates from the list below:
1. Saturday October 17, 1:00pm
2. Saturday October 17, 6:00pm
3. Saturday October 24, 1:00pm
4. Saturday October 24, 6:00pm
Remember- each ticketholder will attend only one of these dates
D) How many vehicles will be attending from your group? How many people in each vehicle?
Please reply no later than October 1st, 2020.
If you are unable to attend, please consider making your ticket a donation to this fundraiser. The donation is income tax deductible. To receive a tax receipt for your donation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the answers to question A) and B) above no later than October 1st, 2020. You will need the name, phone number, and email for each ticketholder to receive a tax receipt. As a non-profit, charitable organization, we are immensely grateful for your generous support. Your donation will help us safeguard the financial health and agricultural vibrancy of the Fair as we work towards better days together.
