CALEDONIA'S FAVOURITE FESTIVAL IS BACK!
CALEDONIA CANADA DAY- 34th ANNUAL CELEBRATION
To celebrate Canada's Birthday, the Caledonia Fair has created a truly awesome experience. We will Celebrate Canada Day the Caledonia Way with an entire day of festivities.
The 34th annual celebration will feature a parade, shopping, and food. Stroll the grounds shopping for unique items, and enjoy traditional festival food. In addition, Caledonia Canada Day will feature a main stage chock-full of live music. A huge fireworks display takes place over the Caledonia Fairgrounds at dusk.
So come visit us on July 1st and help Paint the Town Red & White!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Freezie Eating Contest
12:30pm, Caledonia Fairgrounds Grandstands
WARNING! Brain-Freeze Guaranteed.
Join the Caledonia Agricultural Society as they bring the fifth annual Caledonia Fair Jumbo Freezie Eating Contest. Categories for all ages, FREE ENTRY!
Make your way to the main stage at the Grandstands around 11:45 to enter.
Fireworks!
DUSK, Caledonia Fairgrounds
Bring your lawnchairs or picnic blankets and grab a seat anywhere on the Caledonia Fairgrounds for the best view of our display. There's also seating available in front of the main stage, and in the grandstands. You'll know it's time for fireworks when the winner of the 50/50 draw is announced and a special guest leads the singing of God Save the King and O Canada.
Visibility of the display outside of the Fairgrounds is limited and not recommended. There's plenty of room a the Fairgrounds for everyone!
Flag Raising
1pm, Caledonia Legion
Join the Veterans and Members of the Caledonia Legion, Branch 154, as they perform a flag raising ceremony in front of the Caledonia Legion (on Caithness St. E., between Argyle St. N. and the Fairgrounds).
Buskers & Entertainers
12pm-4pm, Caledonia Fairgrounds
Some of the best Canadian variety acts join us at the Caledonia Fairgrounds, strolling about performing their shows. Keep on the lookout near the rides and vendors.
Caledonia Canada Day Parade
11am, Argyle St. N. and Caithness St. E.
The Caledonia Canada Day Parade is an annual tradition- line the streets to watch as community service clubs and businesses drive past with floats celebrating Canada's Birthday.
Our parade also features animals, variety acts, marching bands, and live music! It's a spectacle not to be missed.
The parade will begin at Nicholson & Cates Yard off of Alabastine St., it will travel down Argyle St. N. to Caithness St., then make its way along Caithness Street to the end of the Caledonia Fairgrounds. The parade will not cross the Argyle Street Bridge.

Cool & Classic Car Show
10am-2pm, Caledonia Fairgrounds
We truly have something for everyone at Caledonia Canada Day! If you're into automotive chrome, oldies music, or if you like to reminisce about the 50s and 60s, our Cool + Classic Car Show is for you.
Takes place at the East end of the Caledonia Fairgrounds, past the washrooms.
