A custodian is responsible for keeping facilities clean and maintained, will promote a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses. A custodian will perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance tasks to promote clean and orderly buildings, grounds, and premises.
