2026 Municipal Election Timeslot

Cancellation Policy

10x10 Tent will be provided and outfitted with one 8-foot table, 2 chairs, and lights. Hydro will not be available. You are welcome to hand out and display promotional materials during your timeslot(s) within the tent only (no walkabout, no posting signs or flyers around Fairgrounds). All materials must be removed from the tent at the end of your timeslot(s). Two (2) daily admission passes will be provided which will provide two (2) individuals with daily access to the Fair. Drive-in access will not be available. Parking is not provided. Any materials brought to your tent will need to be brought in by hand- we recommend you bring a wagon or cart. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
