Vendors
If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the Caledonia Fair, please send us an email early in the year with all your information:

what type of vendor space you need (indoor, outdoor, food),

what kind of product you sell or display,
-
any other pertinent information you think we would be interested in seeing.
This information will be given to the Concession Committee, who will be in touch with you to discuss details.
Vendor pricing varies, depending on size, location, and type of vendor spot. We have three types of vendor spots available:
Outdoor Vendor
Regular lot rate: $20 / foot + HST
2 Standard lot sizes available:
15 ft front x 10 ft deep
10 ft front x 20 ft deep
Hydro Included
Indoor Vendor
We have limited indoor space
Not for profit: $18 / foot + HST
Commercial: $20 / foot + HST
Table rentals: $10 each
Hydro Included
Food Vendor
Minimum cost: $550
