We are accepting applications for food and beverage vendors.
The Basics
Sip and Savour at the Riverside is an event to spotlight local food and beverage producers at the Riverside Exhibition Center.
Vendors will pay a fee to participate ($250-$300 +HST) for the booth space and the great marketing opportunity.
Vendors will present/sell an individual or multiple food or beverage samples that highlight their specialty.
Attendees pay an entry fee and purchase tokens to be relinquished to the vendors for their choice in drink and food samples.
Each sample vendors provide should be priced between 1 and 4 tokens ($2-$8).
During the event, vendor receive 60% of each token redeemed (40% goes towards supporting the Caledonia Agricultural Society Charity).
Vendor Spaces
We have a limited number of vendor spaces available in our Riverside Exhibition Centre. Vendor spaces are 10' x 10'. We provide four admission lanyards for vendor staff to enter the event space throughout the event.
Vendors with confirmed participation and payment before December 31st, 2024, will be eligible for the Early Bird fee of $250+HST for each vendor space. As of January 1st, 2025, the fee will be $300+HST.
Electrical connection is provided on a first-come, first-served or reserved basis. Vendors are welcome to sell business merchandise that is not consumable.
