General Booking Information

Rental Agreement

Once you decide to host your event at our facility, a member of our team will reach out to collect some additional information from you so that we can put together your rental agreement. This rental agreement will outline all of the specific rules associated with your rental and acts as a binding legal agreement governing your rental of our facilities. You will review and sign the agreement digitally.


Booking Deposit

After you've signed your rental agreement, you'll be asked to make a booking deposit payment (50% of your rental fee). We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.


Final Payment

The final balance payment (50% of your rental fee plus any security/damage deposit) will be due seven days before your event start date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

During Your Event

A member of our team will be on-site to ensure you have everything you need to make your event successful. Any additional rental items you have ordered from us will be in the room when you arrive.

After Your Event Ends

When your event is completed, provided the facility has been cleaned and returned in its original condition without damage, any security/damage deposit fee will be refunded to you within two weeks (usually sooner).

Frequently Asked Questions- Insurance & Alcohol

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

Yes! In most cases, you will be able to serve alcohol at your event. You will need to secure a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), more commonly known as a liquor license. You will need to abide by all the rules and regulations which the AGCO and the Province of Ontario set related to serving alcohol. 

Can you serve alcohol at my event?

Yes! Our team of bartenders may be able to provide bar service at your event.

Can I use my own bartenders?

If you get your own SOP, you are welcome to provide your own bartenders- they must be Smart Serve certified.

Do I need insurance?

Yes! Everyone renting any of our facilities (regardless of whether or not you will have alcohol at your event) must purchase a liability insurance policy (with liquor liability coverage if you have an SOP). We’ve partnered with Duuo to give our event hosts access to a preferred rate on coverage. To get a quote and purchase a policy, click here.
