Caledonia Fairgrounds Rentals

The Caledonia Fairgrounds are among the prettiest and most functional in the Province. Located on the banks of the Canadian Heritage Designated Grand River in the heart of Caledonia, Ontario- the Caledonia Fairgrounds are perfectly situated to host your personal, corporate, or agricultural festival or event. The possibilities are endless!

We are municipally serviced for water and wastewater and have provisions for onsite camping. Overhead lighting illuminates most of the grounds and out-buildings.

Ticket Wicket

The Ticket Wicket can be added to any Fairgrounds rental to provide restricted pedestrian access to the Fairgrounds.

Horse Ring

The Horse Ring at the East End of the Fairgrounds is a great spot for agricultural activities, car shows, or family parties.

Vendor Area

The Vendor area is a flat, grassy area with paved walkways.

Middle Washrooms

The Middle Washrooms are included with any Fairgrounds rental. You will be responsible for cleaning & security.

Cattle Ring

The Cattle Ring is located at the West End of the Fairgrounds and is a great spot for agricultural activities, car shows, or family parties. The overhead door of the Riverside Exhibition Centre opens into the Cattle Ring.

Grandstands

The Grandstands (including an accessible platform) are available for open-air concerts and shows.

Midway Area

The Midway area is a versatile spot, perfect for festivals, auto shows, vendor sales, and more.
